Sea trout, peas a la francaise, pea puree, chicken wings, bacon and lobster sauce

Glazed shoulder of spring lamb, wild garlic, tarbais beans, cevennes onion and rosemary

Free range chicken breast stuffed with ham, summer vegetables, ham hock and potato boulangere

 

Lavender parfait, raspberry jelly, raspberry ice cream and almond biscuit
