Roast cod, peas a la francaise, pea puree, pancetta and lobster sauce

Glazed shoulder of spring lamb, wild garlic, tarbais beans, cevennes onion and rosemary

Free range chicken breast stuffed with ham, summer vegetables, ham hock and potato boulangere

 

Elderflower jelly, honey and yoghurt sorbet, honeycomb and beignets
