Roast shoulder of suckling pig, choucroute, beetroot, caraway and capers, apple puree

Roast cod, cauliflower and cumin puree, crispy squid and lobster sauce

Braised short rib of beef, turnip puree, cevennes onion and green peppercorn dressing

Free range chicken breast stuffed with wild mushrooms, spinach puree, roast oyster mushroom

 

Baked passion fruit cream, passion fruit ice cream and sauce, lime meringue       

Warm chocolate mousse, orange jelly, vanilla ice cream and caramelised nuts
